Planning and approach

• Feb-May: assessing interest in martial arts courses at the RSC and forming a founding committee
• Apr-May: draw up new statutes and internal regulations, finalize plan of approach
• End of May: approval plans at ALV’s of existing associations
• Jun: formal establishment of new association
• Sep: start new association during introduction week academic year 2022-2023
